Dallas Market Center is the nation's largest wholsale marketplace. We are constantly conducting surveys to improve our customer relations and we needed to save paper and hours by switching from paper-based surveys to web-based surveys. I worked with our development team to create a survey creation and reporting tool that can be used by all DMC associates.
